Default daily veggies intake RFL?

so daily i get: 3 chucumbers, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, some lettuce
is that too much? or considered to be ok?

"Unlimited," is I believe the word Lyle used - for FIBROUS veggies.

Carrots and tomatoes are not fibrous veggies.

from my understanding i can still have like 1-2 veggies like peppers.tomatos carrots
am i wrong? maybe i misunderstood though

Wrong veggies man.
Broccoli,asparagus,brussel sprouts,greens like chard and spinach,kale etc.

You can "cheat" however you want on Rapid Fat Loss. There's nothing in your biochemistry that is going to make the diet not work if you cheat a little bit. Your results will simply be lessened by approximately the amount of calories you cheat with.

For instance, I prefer ground beef greatly to chicken breasts. I ate way too many chicken breasts in my younger years on STRICT diets. I can't do it anymore.

So I know going in I am going to eat 96% lean ground beef on a LOT of days. I may use fat free cheese and a little ketchup from time to time. I'm okay with this.

If I lose 1.6 lbs per week instead of 2 lbs per week but I stay on the diet for 6 weeks instead of giving up after 6 days, which approach worked better?

1 carrot? I mean what are we talking about here, 40 calories?! Over the course of a YEAR one carrot a day is still going to amount to like 2-3 pounds of body weight, if that.

The reason he specifies only green leafy veggies are unlimited is because he doesn't want you to eat 3 plates of squash, tomatos (fruit, right?), and carrots and wonder why your results are impacted. He knows going in that green leafy vegetables are high in fiber and have a very small amount of net calories and the fiber content will limit other food consumption due to it's satiating nature. You aren't going to overeat broccoli day in and day's quite frankly impossible. This diet is extreme and is OPTIMIZED for people looking to maximize their weight loss. You will not lose weight as quickly if you cheat, but you're not going to halt fat loss altogether over a carrot lol.

Now fruit on the other hand I don't touch on RFL except for one banana with my protein shake immediately after lifting. It's too hard to limit consumption and you can really steer your diet in the wrong way with a bundle of grapes, box of strawberries, etc.
