Default RFL and Brain FoGs

Hey lyle,

Running my RFL's second week and I have lost 1 kilo in a week. The loss should either be fat or water weight. I feel there is no issue with the energy both at work and the gym everything feels normals but the brain fog at the end of the day is crazy.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Dear lyle,

Thank You for the response. Are there any particular guidelines that an individual could follow to determine their required amounts of micronutrients and elements like sodium, potassium and magnesium. Or to make it less complicated we can pop a Multi-V pill and veggies.

Using Morton Lite Salt and regular iodized salt liberally on meals and taking 2-4 200mg magnesium citrate pills/daily in two doses helped me with the brain fog.
