Default No Appetite

Hey everyone,

Iím coming into the home stretch of my 10 week run. Iím category 2, strength training, and I should be having 157g of protein a day. I am taking the EC stack, and I have zero appetite. Which is good I guess, but Iím having a really hard time getting it all in. I stopped taking it for a couple of days, and some hunger returned, but I still have no desire to eat. This is a good problem to have, undoubtedly, but still a problem. I ate like 8 oz of chicken breast yesterday and that was a struggle. I canít keep doing that. Does anyone have any suggestions or insight?

One word.....Marijuana.... Smoke a blunt the-... No I'm just kidding.

Some basics are eating less fiber, not drinking liquids during meals, less fats, more carbs. You can always try to drink your calories if you don't feel like eating.

I usually just get something sweet with my meals like ice cream or something, and eat a little bit when I start to get full to stimulate my appetite.

A tablespoon or less of salsa usually helps me get through 8 ounces of turkey.

Lyle doesnt recommend drinking your protein because its not as satiating and therefore people get hungry and have trouble sticking with it.

If youre having trouble getting enough calories drink them.

Boil some eggs and eat the white. Or just suck it up man... you need the protein. If you can't eat it the diet isnt for you. Youll lose too much muscle

I had the same issue. I just said f it and started fasting

48h fast 10k calorie deficit I got a bit hungry finally.

If you haven't done body building and sincerely don't want to eat that much protein, I don't see why you can't just fast.
