I didnt started immediately a RFL

I thought with my build it should suffice to eat 1700-2000 alone and drop weight

also I upped my Protein amount by huge steps because I didnt ate so much protein before

I added the fat only from fish or fish oil capsules and some milk with the quark

the carbs are also from milk products and veggies
maybe some other stuff.. dont know...

dont know what the problem is...

why is TDEE important?
shouldnt it be unimportant with such a deficit?
You can only create a deficit if you calculate calories below your TDEE. That's why it's important. Maybe you are eating to much during your "refeed". But the two only reasons you may not be losing weight over a long period of time remains the same.

(1) Miscalculating TDEE and calories consumed.

(2) Medical condition.

The first is the most likely, but if you honestly swear you are eating below your TDEE when you are recording it, then the second may be considered.

Even if you're not explicitly lying to yourself there are lots of things that could be going on. For example, I had been using a measuring cup to measure my oatmeal. When I actually weighed it out in grams, it turns out I was eating more than I thought I was. Or maybe you have some coffee with a little bit of cream in the afternoons but don't count it because it's so small that you don't even think about it. But then it becomes a lot of cream and a couple of coffees a day. Or maybe a small bite of a pastry to go with the coffee. That type of thing.

There's also those mindless eating studies where they find the size of the bowl or plate can make you eat more. Maybe something like that is happening.

As LM has said, when countries experience a famine (prolonged calorie deficit ) why do we not witness the population getting fat. Medical condition included.
