Default Sodium & potassium intakes

Hi,

I was wondering if it could be a good idea to supplement the 3-4 days of a standard UD 2.0 cycle with sodium & potassium like it is done in the RFL (as the amount eaten are not very different...)

Because currently on my Monday to Wednesday meal I have nearly no sodium or potassium I don't know how much of an issue it can be

Are you sure? Sodium and potassium are very hard to avoid.

Also, not a bad idea.

I am only cooking raw food and never use seasoning so basically I am very very far from the 3g of each recommended in RFL..

So I may add a 2-3g of each in order to keep some health lol
