Default L Tyrosine absorption from Chicken Breast?

My EC stack has worn off in terms of the dopamine response/appetite suppression. I'm curious if the Tyrosine from Chicken breast could be absorbed the same way a supplement could, and help reactive the dopamine signalling or what not. Supposedly chicken has roughly a gram of tyrosine per 100grams of chicken breast - any help is appreciated.

Just a guess, but it's not going to absorb as quickly as taking an additional supplement of tyrosine would with your EC. So probably still worth getting an additional supplement.

It's believable. A lot of people 'feel better' after eating chicken versus other meats. Myself included.
