Default Switching program after GBR

Ive completed my third GBR cycle and would have to swith to FBW soon. Is this one balanced?

A1
Squat 3x5
Bench Press 3x5
Pull-ups with dumbell 3x5
Triceps 3x10
Kroc Rows 3x8
Calves 3x8
Ab work 3x12

A2
Squat 3x5
Overhead Press 3x5
Chinups 3x5
Dips with dumbell 3x8
Biceps 3x10
Calves 3x8
Ab work 3x12

There’s no hamstring work. Why are you looking to switch up? Squats 3x a week could tear you up if you use any decent weight without some programming behind it.

Thank you.
Im switching since I can't actually work out 4 times a week anymore, and FBW seemed to be the right choice.
As of this program, if I switched one of these Squats (either in A1 or A2) to a 3x6 RDL, would it be balanced?

Sort of.

Just do the GBR Rotating the workouts over the 3 days you have in the gym each week.

So week 1 is Lower 1, rest, upper 1, rest, Lower 2, 2 rest days, upper 2 and repeat.
