Default study: saturated fat builds more fat, less muscle than polyunsaturated fat

i wondering what are your thoughs about this.

and: are there more study's that shows that a diet high in vegatable fats build less fat/more muscle than a diet with saturated fat?

i know this article its couple years old but i wondering this study/results are still relevant today? or are there new study's say otherwise?
