Default First go at Rapid Fat Loss

I love experimenting on myself with new things, so when I came across RFL I was immediately intrigued.

Stats:
Weight- 183
Height- 5'7"
Diet- 175p/300c/90f
BF%- 13%
Activity- Basketball, RP templates, Crossfit

The first 7 days were hell for me *sigh. I was was tired, lethargic, bored, and sleepy. I had to force feed the recommended 314g of protein down my throat everyday. It was a true test of mental fortitude the first week. Boy, was it expensive too! Constant trips to the groceries for lean meats and having to be creative to come with new ideas. Eventually I started dividing my meals up in two to make it easier to consume. I re-discovered pickles and mustard which began to accompany my meals. I think in one day I went through a whole jar! O_O
Then came the last five days. They were simple after acclimating and I was able to eat all my meals easily and even feel hungry.

I ended up dropping 4.7lbs which I am extremely happy with to kick off my cut to get down to 170lbs. I'm thinking of buying the UD2.0 to finish off the rest of the 8lbs.

I'm satisfied with the results and glad I was able to push through the 12 days of RFL.

Good work!

I might be mistaken but aren't 300 carbs and 90 fats a bit excessive for this diet? I thought you generally would stay under 50 carbs and in the single digits for fat intake on RFL?

Let me clarify, I can see the confusion with what I typed out.

The 175p/300c/90f were my maintenance numbers before going to the RFL numbers (314p)
