Default Stock Cubes (Bouillon) on depletion days

Okay, so I have extensive experience with Keogenic diets, and have also done a search here on the forums regarding sodium intake. I live in Australia, and (today for example) it was hot as balls. During Keto, I used to consume 2x stock cubes a day (one morning, one afternoon) to increase my sodium content which would aid in reducing light-headedness. Now, I cannot think of a reason why it would affect the UD 2.0 results, but just checking before I start to do this.

Is it okay to add in 2x stock cubes (~2000mg) extra sodium to allay the feelings of lethargy during the low carb days?

Cheers.

Depends on if you want a full head of hair, or a bald scrotum. You can't have both.

Hopefully somebody neurotic chimes in to warn you about sodium.

Can't tell if srs or not...

I know there is no issue with increasing sodium by 2g a day, but I am not sure if it will impact UD 2.0 results.

No way, dude, no problem. If it makes you feel better, do it.
