That pretty insane. Gratz if you can do that. I do 3x 15reps with 45sec rest of leg press, then go to curl machine and do 3x 15 reps there with 45sec rest. Repeat twice for total of 6 sets each, then other muscle groups , then repeat the 6sets later in the workout for a total of 12 sets

I always did my depletion as a circuit if the gym was dead enough (an option from the book IIRC). So rest times from one set of the same muscle to the next could go as high as 6-7 minutes. I don't remember Lyle saying that rest times matters much, but to not dwadle either in between sets.

Agree with this. Even super-setting all my sets with 0 rest between, I still cant get the workout done in less than 1hr 20 mins.
