Default UD 2.0 Power Workout

If someone was short on time is it workable to due a form of rest-pause (doggcrapp, RP, etc.) for the power workout? Or would that be taxing or not appropriate for other reasons?

Somewhere in the book Lyle mentions how to decrease your time in the gym. Supersets I believe. You can always consider doing the 'big 3' and be done with it. However, if you don't have time you shouldn't do UD2.0 in the first place.
