Default Did I do something wrong? Feedback please

Just finished my Power workout on Day 6. My weight is lower than it was prior to the carb-up, which has completely confused me. Over the past 30 hours i've consumed around 1000g of carbohydrates, and drank a lot of water. I am well hydrated, and assumed that between pre-carbup (depletion) and now, I would have gained around 2kg if not more. But, I have dropped another 100g?

Here are my weekly weigh-ins, all done at the same time.

Mon 72kg
Tue 71kg
Wed 69.8kg
Thurs 69.3kg
Fri 69.0kg (then, start carb up)
Sat 68.9kg (post 800g carbup yesterday + carb meal this morning)

Is this normal? I assumed, that post-carb up, I would return to my *near* starting weight of 72kg, but be a little lighter due to fat loss.

Assuming this is your first week of dieting it could just be normal losses on a diet from less sodium, poop in you, etc. I pretty much don't watch the scale on UD2, or at least only compare same day of each cycle to the next. Better questions to assess how you did is if you got your planned weights in on the power WO, or missed reps/had to use less weight. Give a few cycles before you get too worried.

Thats nice,

I gained 3 Kg after the carbup. Have you done other cycles since then? How did the other carb ups go?

Had my 2nd carb-up on the weekend. I think my low weight before carb-up was 68.5 and high weight during carb-weekend was 71.
