Default Currently on Ideal Protein, commercialized PSMF

F, 39, 217 GW 130, 5'6"

Started Ideal Protein which is a commercialized PSMF.

What it looks like:

3 "packets" a day (all between 110 and 180 cals, net carb roughly 5-7, 2-4 grams of fat, at least 15 grams protein). 1 for breakfast, one for lunch, one for after dinner snack.

Dinner is 8 oz of protein plus 10 oz of veggies + 2 tsp of oil.

That's in a nutshell. I'm averaging 850 cals, 90 grams of protein and about 30 net carbs a day. I've been on it for 10 weeks. I am down 38 lbs.

I'm interested in RFL to see if I can speed it up. What's keeping me sane right now is ideal protein's "packets" because they are mug cakes, wafers, etc. What's appealing to me is RFL's free meals. I am also getting diet fatigue. I'm becoming tempted to cheat, etc. I am thinking it may be good to start a diet break. If I switch to RFL, should I do a full week of RFL then take a break? I am in the middle of week 10.

I am thinking the only adjustments would be to do 4 oz protein morning, lunch and dinner. (No low carb produts, etc). I think my calorie intake would be slightly lower and my carb intake would be dramatically lower. I did the calculator and my protein goal would be 108 grams.

Insights on next steps? Diet break at week 12 or week 11? Tips for switching over? Thanks in advance!

Start replacing a pack with some real food to bring your unnecessary fats and carbs down. You will also feel more satiated.
Have a break sometime soon as well.
For fatigue: sodium/potassium/multi/fish oils
