Caffeine and Bulking.
I was wondering about the issues with using caffeine while trying to bulk. I'm sure everyone here knows about caffeine and it's general recommendations during cutting or fat loss cycles, as it can reduce insulin sensitivity.
I'm wondering that if someone is trying to bulk, would taking significant doses of caffeine (up to 600-1000mg a day) actually impair the general bulking goals of maximal muscle growth (impairing insulin sensitivity), even if you just take the caffeine on off-days (non-weight training days).
Does anyone have experience of knowledge towards this?
