Default Synephrine

Lyle has mentioned, albeit slightly, about the potential benefit of using synephrine. Would you use this in conjunction with EC stack or are the effects/use of synephrine still too little known to really derive maximum fat loss benefits? I see many products in supermarkets with synephrine, more than ephedrine hcl, so it has spiked my interest. Thoughts?

The main reason they replaced ephdrine with synephrine was marketing driven, ephedrine got a bad rap so they went looking for alternatives

in the big scheme, I think EC is the better choice

synephrine was offered as a potential alternative (EC can be impossible to get some places)

Like here in Sweden. Ephineprine is not available, although you can get synephrine easily. My question is, synephrine+caffein, can this combo replace the EC stack in conjunction with the SFP, or will I just be wasteing my money?
Any thoughts on how synephrine+caffein might work when IF'ing?

Sorry for any incorrect spelling

Pseudoephedrine is a better option.

Not really, pseudoephedrine gives you all the nasty buzz without the thermogenic effects (except in rats).

he might be one. It's racialist to assume otherwise.

EC stack in conjunction with the SFP,
granted I'm still in SFP 1.0 land, just based on whats left on the web (I think it was HST), but I'm pretty sure this is a no no...

I don't think there's an Ali G version of that word.

Didn't think anybody would pick that up so I didn't bother explaining.

Ali: "Let's talk about doctors that kill old people."

Doctor: "That's euthanasia."

Ali: "So why is it the responsibility of the youth in Asia for killing old people?"

Doctor: "I think you misunderstand what I mean here...'euthanasia' comes from the Greek word--"

Ali: "I know, but don't you think that's still a bit racialist, innit?"
