Now that Keith and I are doing this together, I'm going to post his results as well. his pants are already too big for him, but because he doesn't want to buy clothes constantly, he's putting more holes in his belt. We were both surprised by the amount of weight lost in just 96 hours but he says his water weight fluctuates a ton and he's also prescribed testosterone by his doctor so he says it swings based on that. I said we'll keep an eye on progress every friday. He's weighing in MWF at the gym.

Things are going well, the doctor says I look like I lost a lot more weight than 15lbs. I've dropped 1.5 pants sizes and Keith has gone from a 54 waist to a 44 waist, he bought a few new pair of clothes to get him through this transitional period. He doesn't even look the same since 2 weeks ago, its tremendous.

Keith took the week off to go see his daughter, so I'm taking the week off as well. Going to lift heavier and get some hypertrophy in, lots of protein shakes to change up the diet a bit, then a wedding next weekend before getting back into it next Monday.
