Default Lyle, Your training book

Lyle, I believe you mentioned you might be coming out w/ a training book in one of your articles. I was wondering if you are still going to do that and if so, when?

Lyle has written books. So it's like ridng a bike for him.
It's not unfeasible. I don't believe Haycock or Martin got close to finshing one book.
Writing a book is a skill itself and Lyle has written many good ones.

In all seriousness I really do hope it comes out.
Maybe if Lyle decides not do it himself he can pester Haycock to do one on HST.

Someone needs to give a good explanation of the science behind good stength training and muscle growth.
The information is there... but only in a read 10 articles connect the dots fashion.
