I did my time with that gig, now I only train select people who have issues interesting enough for me to bother with. this doesn't describe 'I wanna get a 6 pack bro' or 'I wanna get big'. YOu can read my articles and books for the simple stuff.

So you're like a nutritional House?

So if I had the black plague and still wanted to become a bodybuilder while using UD2 you'd train me?

I don't think he's even remotely autistic.

He's just a misanthropic sociopathic a-hole.

He's not, and he doesn't have Asperger's, either. There was a whole episode where he milked the idea of him having Asperger's for all it was worth, though, which was pretty funny.

on the original topic - why sprint at 12 mph with 3-4% grade when you can have a similar workload at 9 mph and 10% grade or 7 mph and 15% grade (rough estimates)? You will reduce impact forces significantly (via lower speed and gravity) and it is safer. However, you will redistribute loading to more glutes / quads and less hamstrings, in my experience
