I thought you might have had a system or a continuum set up according to someone's functional capacity. I didn't intend to be general, I just never really considered what you were saying until now.

I have always thought in terms of energy system's and didn't think there was a specific modality that works best with each population in terms of conditioning (athletes, powerlifters, etc.). I apologize if I may have sounded vague and I thought it was along the lines of the discussion.

One of the trainers at the gym tonite asked me if I trained people. I told him "Not if I can help it."

I did my time with that gig, now I only train select people who have issues interesting enough for me to bother with. this doesn't describe 'I wanna get a 6 pack bro' or 'I wanna get big'. YOu can read my articles and books for the simple stuff.

by the way, thanks for the reply lyle. 10 lbs down in 7 days. i was able to complete protocol 2.0 3x's this week. I can absolutely see why decreasing leg training is recommended. I trained legs only 1x this week very heavy and I have been sore everyday this week, recovery is nill, but fat loss is best I have ever seen over the course of 7 days.

i just told my wife yesterday i should probably take a new pic for that, before someone calls me on it.

i was 168 lbs in that pic, I have been bulking (maintenance plus about 1000cals) for the last 10 weeks, soooooo, trust me, I have the 10 to drop.

I envy the speed with which you change projects and succeed in your goals buddy! dude, im telling you its probably water. have you been eating lots of carbs on the bulk? i look pregnant when i go to bed with 500g carbs + water in me. how do you look in the AM?

What did your bulk consist of, and how long where you on it? Maybe cals where simply too high to fast??
