Lyle, They claim to have a 4:1 carb / protein mix. What do you think?

How much whey would you mix in a 500 ML Gatorade bottle?

Can't you do math?
Put it in a bigger bottle and do the 4:1 or 3:1 ratio for C:P

Thanks Einstein, I was more concerned about the effectiveness of making such a drink and I asked Lyle since he is the expert whose books I buy. And watch your tone, its offensive.

Sorry.. the 4:1 ratio is almost a given for regular sports drink.
Some people use more like 2:1 for carbs : protein when they are more into low-carbing. So it would just depend on what kind of diet and training YOU are following.

how many carbs are in there
divide that by 4

on average you should end up with about 60g carbs and 10-15 g protein for an hour of training

Maybe Lyle could recommend a supplement to thicken your absurdly thin skin and improve your humorless persona? Might be worth asking.
