If running a small deficit, such as 10-15%, do you think it is possible to wait longer before taking a diet break. If I remember correctly, it is like 6-8 weeks on a moderate diet before taking a break. Can it be prolonged if the deficit is smaller? Thank you. |

especially on the behavioral issues on the 10-15 deficit. simply cutting out fatty milk and meat, etc to lean and sugary stuff to splendad food or low cal replacements can generate such deficit without changing much behavioral issues unfortunately many people are impatient and want to either bulk or cut with fast results |
