Default Glycogen Depletion Workout W/O Weight-Lifting

Is is possible to fully deplete muscle glycogen stores without weight lifting and using body-weight only or is the intensity involved in weight-training required to make this effective?

I was thinking of something like this (this assumes doing it all in 1 day or reduce sets to 6 sets only for 2 days):

Push-ups : 12x15-20
Inverted Rows: 12x15-20
Bicep Curls: 12x15-20 with frozen water jug (weighs about 8 pounds)
Tricep extensions: 12x15-20 with frozen water jug
Shoulder presses: 12x15-20 with jug again
Shrugs: 12x15-20 with jug

Quads - Lunges: 12x15-20
Hamstrings - Hamstring Curl: 12x15-20
Calves - Calve Raises: 12x15-20
Glutes - Fire-Hydrants: 12x15-20
Body-weight squats: 12x15-20 (assuming you can even do any reps after all the above, this could burn the rest)

Lastly would adding on low-intensity cardio at the end (perhaps even just walking) help out?
