Default best protein

hello dr lyle mcdonald
with the exception of sleeping time due to the absorption time and taking into consideration that bodybuilders eat apart three hours, would be the best protein whey protein isolated? 'or would you recommend a mix of proteins and why?

Human is the best protein, as it is identical to human. Human "veal" is probably the best of the best.

Not everyone's first language is English, doesn't make them trolls or robots for that reason.
