![]() So this was super easy and even turned out with a crispy crust
*2 lbs mild pork (mine was pre-ground) Kroger brand *Pepperoni (I used Hormel) *Mozzarella cheese (mine was pre-shredded) So I combined the 2 lbs of meat with tablespooon of garlic salt and a teaspoon of Oregano. I flattened it by hand to get it started on a piece of parchment paper. Then I took another piece of parchment and put on top and used a rolling pin to flatten it to about a 1/4 of an inch thick. I then baked that at 350 for 20 minutes and drained all the excess grease that came off. I topped it with moz and pepperoni can be as much or little as you like as I didn't measure. I upped the temp to 425 and baked it for 14 minutes. Hope you enjoy as much as I am (right now) ![]() ![]()

![]() Nice!! Yum
![]() Pre-shredded cheeses are coated with an anti-caking compound which alters the taste and affects its meltability. The minute it takes to shred a block of cheese by hand is good exercise ![]()
