Sorry to say but you are not going to find a whole lot of vegetables that contain an extraneous amount of protein in it. I don't think any vegetable does to be honest. Your best bet is beans, legumes, and nuts. There is a reason why they are categorized as protein with the meat and fish. You can probably find low calorie alternatives to some of these groups in grocery stores. |

![]() About the fish and omega-3 comment, a small can of salmon (7-8oz I think) contains like 2g of omega-3s. Don't understand the bodybuilder fetish of tuna and fish oil caps, fatty fish is protein + omega-3s and way cheaper. The protein alone is no more expensive per gram then that found in lean meats such as chicken.
