I don’t know how much time I slept this night, probably 8 hours so it’s good
I feel pretty good and energetic
I am going to go at gym for tension workout at 4 pm (too much people after 5-6 pm at my gym, I also want to drink coffee with my pre-workout) so carb load: from today 5 pm to tomorrow 10 pm
I bought rice krispies, pasta and low fat bread slices yesterday for the carb load
I plan to use the higher range of carbs (16gr of carbs per kg of BW, it’s not too high for me, I usually eat 400gr of carbs per day for maintaning my weight), 3 meal today after tension workout
And probably 6-7 meal tomorrow
What's your height?

So melatonin was helpful?

ok so
thursday was good, I was in shape
at 3.15 p.m I ate the pre-workout and coffee and at 4p.m I was in gym
I was strong during the tension workout, but too exciting for the carb load
after this workout I was very hot for 3 hours and feeling extremely fit
I aet 3 meal after the tension workout, took melatonin and I went to sleep
I did not sleep well, I woke-up frequently,I was hungry, at 3 a.m I took 25gr of carbs from rice krispies
I woke up friday at 8a.m and continue carb loading
During the day I had energy
Ending the carb up at 9p.m with these macros: 830 carbs (90 sugar), 200 protein, 31 fat and 85 fiber
I slept very well this night
This morninh I woke up at 58.2kg
I am going to do the power workout across 2 day given the fact that I'm not going back on a deficit, I eat at maintenance now, so I will have enough calories monday and following days for recover from sunday workout

Now I need to design my next weight lifting routine

Thanks you but I find that you are abusing

if I had one week more on vacation I would have done another week of UD2.0
I can’t done UD2.0 when I’I need to read the rules post.m in school, I have done one week 1 month ago, I had to do the depletion in one workout on monday evening so far 10p.m, and I don’t know why but just moving around, watch TV ect is ok on low carb day, but in class I have a hard time keeping up and I missed lot of classes this week

Also, I don’t want to get to low in BF, it would be a shame to have to regain fat after having trouble losing it

Im pretty sure everyone agrees that you are, in fact, "super lean". So, what is super lean for you?
