Of course, this doesn't change the fact that breakfast is still the BEST meal of the day. Breakfast is so good people eat it for DINNER.

Funny. I thought most the evidence demonstrated a CORRELATION between skipping breakfast and higher body fat percentages in the general population. So much so that Berkhan had to spend time addressing this issue in his writings.

When people get fat, they often start skipping meals. That doesn't mean that skipping meals made them fat.
