Default Please critique my regimen

This question fits into multiple threads and I don't want to arouse the masses by posting in a section that isn't 100% appropriate, as my question revolves around the Ketogenic Diet, training, and supplementation.

I am trying to figure out where everything best fits, as far as timing of supplements and meals. I have a love affair with StrongLifts and the times I can lift are in the evening at around 8:30pm - 9:00pm for starting. I lift Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays, following by 30 minutes of cardio.

My muscle refeed would be begin Friday evening into all-day Saturday. Would I want to then take a dose of ALA 300mg at each carb meal? If I take ECA with L-Tyrosine, should I only take it on workout days? Is CLA worth taking and is the recommended dosage timing (Morning and Evening, everyday) adequate, or should I take it at different times or not at all?

To expand on the previous questions: besides wanting to have my wife use Yohimbe with Caffeine and Aspirin, instead of Ephedrine, are there any other supplements I should avoid with a female physiology?
