It seems to me that Sam is trying to learn everything about everything all at once and is asking a question whenever it comes to mind. I definitely admire your thirst for knowledge, but it may be better to chill out a little bit.

No problem guys.

Really not that confused.. (sounds more confusing) since English wasn't my strong suit in college. Writing papers was not my cup of tea. But been following Lyle since 2011 and his information is really informative just a lot of it.

Not worried reading the ketogenic diet book right now and other stuff. But no worries, I always have questing it's not cause I'm not reading it's sometimes because I ask it before I see the article or before I get to that part of the book.

Going to experiment with the CKD of both one 24hr carb load Twice a week (Wednesdays and Saturday) at 10g per lb lbm and

One carb load Saturday and Sunday, (Saturday post workout at 10g per kg lbm and Sunday at 5g per kg lbm)

Can super compensation be met with those guidelines.. (know it depends on how many sets you do and how depleted you are going into the carb load)

Guess what I'm asking is from experience I've done both 2 day carb loads and one day care loads.

Is splitting up the carb loads into two separate 24 hr periods better (better in the sense of getting ketogenic faster and less fat gain) but can you super compensated to 150~170mmol like you can in the 48hr one.

Is having a 48hr carb load (both via the recommended grams in CKD) better ( it allows more time to be under ketosis while being able to receive the benefits of super compensation) that a one 24hr load maybe maybe could accomplish?

Did anyone follow that lol

I know that's confusing hope I made it clear if not Lyle will tell me 'just go' with no other input
