Default My planned Carb-Up this Friday

Got my first carb-up this Friday post-tension AM workout. Plan on consuming my carb load between post-workout Friday and a pre-workout meal on Saturday morning.

So this is what i'm planning on consuming in those 24 hours. My weight is ~70kg, and i've estimated my BF at 12%. I've used the 12g/kg calculation for my first carb-up. For more details please see my log (linked in sig).

Friday AM Post-Workout - Shake w/ 50p & 150c (from Dex/Malto)
Friday Mid Morning - Shake w/ 25p & 140c (80c from Dex/Malto and 60c from milled oats)
Friday Lunch Time - Shake w/ 25p & 140c (80c from Dex/Malto and 60c from milled oats)
Friday afternoon - 100g bowl of Special K w/ 250ml skim milk (100c)
Friday Evening - 100g bowl of Cocoa Bombs w/ 250ml skim milk (100c)

Saturday Morning - 8 GF weetbix w/ 250ml skim milk + 25g honey (120c)

In total that's 750g of carbs in a 24h period, between my post-tension workout and pre-strength workout.

Any thoughts or comments from more-experienced people would be appreciated. Thanks.
