Default Posture brace

Hello

Letís say someone is in the process of correcting certain issues with soft tissue work/corrective exercises. Could wearing a brace like in the link below help speed things up? Could you wearing it during benching?

Well it could possibly act as a reminder to straighten up.

Depending on how restrictive it may be and how often/long you wear it there might be issues with weakening some muscles that are inactive because the brace is doing the work.

So as far as making the process go more quickly seems like a toss up.

Don't see how it would be helpful for flat bench.
