Default Back options during arm specialisation

Iím doing six weeks of bis and tris. My back previously consisted of cable rows for thickness and weighted pull ups for lats. ĎTis has served me extremely well over the past couple years. Now Iíve maxed the cable machine and since my
Biceps are preexhausted, should I switch to another back exercise?

Just change the grip from supinated to neutral or pronated (if you haven't already), so you get less biceps activation.

Or do a combo of rows + shrugbacks or pull ups + shrugdowns to avoid fatigue in arms.

Or since you maxed out cable rows, well, change it.
