Default RFL Cat 2 29F SW: 167@ 5'6"

Hi everyone,

I previously did RFL when I started graduate school 3 years ago and hit an all-time low of 131 pounds. I felt great and I was exercising regularly! Now, I'm nearing the end of graduate school and have gained over 30 pounds since my last round of RFL. I've decided to give RFL another go not only to lose weight but to change my unhealthy relationship with food. I've unfortunately used food to cope with stress the past few years and would like to shift it back to a healthier relationship with food and increased physical movement.

Plan - 2 rounds of RFL
GW: 135-140 pounds (depends on how I feel/look)

RFL round 1 from June 17th to August 4th 2018

diet break from Aug 4 to 14th 2018

RFL round 2 August 15th to October 1st 2018

Exercise: weights 2-3X week, daily step goal of 10,000

Woke up feeling bloated but otherwise good! Intense sugar cravings are greatly reduced since last week.

Default June 19th and 20th

June 19th: 168.6
June 20th: 167.2

Still feeling slightly bloated(likely related to cycle) but have been getting in my exercise and cravings have been minimal. Looking forward to seeing some progress with continual diet adherence

Nice to see progress on the scale, feeling pretty good and my intense sugar cravings that existed are nil. I've averaged 13000 steps/day for the last two days as well.

Forgot to weigh on the 23 and 24.

Not too pleased with that number but I did have my refeed and it's still that time of the month. I am going to continue improving my diet compliance through tracking. Hope to be out of the 160's by the end of next week.

166.8 today

I had a free meal yesterday (pint of Halo Top - flavour was kind of disappointing tbh) and woke up to my period today. Going to stay consistent today

Diet compliance has not been 100% but with school being completed and my exercise schedule on point I'm hoping to make some major progress.
