Default Training for general health and wellness routine

Hi Lyle and everyone, I read your Training for General Health and Wellness article but I'm at a loss as to what routine I should follow.

I settled for your RFL intermediate maintaince routine, as it hits most if not all of your muscles, I think.

It's what I've been following for the past couple of months 2 or 3 times a week adding weight when I'm comfortable.

I know it's not what it was created for but I enjoy it and I'm in and out the gym in an hour.

Is that considered a sensible option routine wise?

I've no desire to be an athlete, just want to look a little better naked.
