Default Sample Meal Plan

Hello everyone,

as everyone who has read the book know, on page 76, he gives a Meal Plan Example so we can have an idea how ours should be. I noticed that one time he says whey and the other time he says whey protein. I'd like to know if there is any difference between them. thank you
