RE: Magic rep ranges. That Adonis "Golden Ratio" program from a few years back used a descending Fibonacci Sequence.

Related note, I have spent entirely too much of my life shopping for ebooks.

Really good article, thanks.

P.S.

When clicking the link in your original post, I get an error message:

Quote:

The requested URL /Alternative Diet and Training Theorieshttp://www.bodyrecomposition.com/training/alternative-training-diet-theories.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I have to delete this text out of the address bar:

http://forums.lylemcdonald.com/Alternative Diet and Training Theories

to get to the page.

"Sprinters should eat primarily cheetah meat, for example." That was my favorite line. The whole April Fool's thing didn't even register with me; I just figured you were trying your hand at satire. Well done.

Sadly, there is so much aggressive stupidity in this field that it's often hard to tell satire/joking from real claims.

Back in the day for example, it was argued that milk was the ideal protein for bodybuilders because look at how fast babies grow.

A trainer actually told me once that if you aren't sore the next day you aren't working hard enough.

Why keep it to babies?

"Baby mammals drink milk, and you sir, are a baby mammal."
