Default Tuna promotion, omega 3 bargain? (UK)

Morrisons offer, until 21st Feb, 1.80 for 4x185g John West tuna chunks in brine.
(130g drained weight: 146cals, 35.2g protein, 0.6g fat, trace carbs)

A couple of the others are running similar promotions which can be compared at the mysupermarket website.

The best price I've seen for omega 3 is Aldi's 99p for 45 capsules. Any advance on that?
(1 capsule: 10mg vitamin E, 1g omega 3 fish oil, 180mg EPA, 120mg DHA)

If you want omega-3 and fish all in one, buy a 213g tin of wild Alaskan red salmon for 1.35. Per 100g drained product, it has 10g fat, of which 2.9g is omega-3.

If you just want fish oil capsules, ZipVit are better value for money than Aldi as each capsule contains 330mgEPA and 220mgDHA.

Are they really any better value than myprotein's stuff?

Less EPA/DHA per cap (180/120) but twice the amount of caps for 8.99.

Nigeepoo,
Salmon is a good choice for free meal days.
ZipVit offers a good deal. Have you used them? The reviews I read are mixed.

ATZ,
Aldi is better value than myprotein. 1.98 for 90 and 2.25 for 90 (largest pack size)

I used to. Now I prefer to eat tinned & smoked salmon every now & then.
