dont put a time line on it. Just run it as long as you can and if you dont lose weight one week give it another week or 2 before yuo change anything.

It was madness but I enjoyed it! I like seeing this experiments from time to time.

How are you cutting this time? A steady diet with a slightly lowered caloric intake throughout the weeks?

I track my weight every day and use an app called "happy scale". Be prepared for adds if u dont wanna pay for it. It gives a nice graph with a trend line that shows the big picture very well which is important since weight fluctuates so much.

I eat same kcal every day, while hitting a protein minimum. Dont care much about fat or carb numbers.

Also I did bulk a bit will 105kg before I started so I am losing now on 2400kcal which is nice. Just cutting 4 weeks now and only one day 3500 kcal but overall going well.

Also I eat plain chicken during the day and eat most of my kcal in the evening. The chicken during the day prevents me from binging a lot. First I was doing something similar without eating during the day but that was not smart for me since I would binge at like 5pm.

Awesome Gacheru. The fact that you are simply losing weight by eating the same calories day and day out (with the exception of your one day 3500 cal day) with precise measurement is cool to watch.

Yes it looks a bit crazy to get down to the exact detail but I find it really to cool to watch this experiment. Also the fact that you are eating chicken in the day to help prevent binges is cool to hear from you. Not some magical IF secret. Cool.

I will also check out that app. Keep us posted!
