I always add Walden Farm products to my fat free dairy. Click here.

That stuff looks great. I'll have to give it a try!

I hope you'll like it. Since I'm from The Netherlands and it's an American (and thus imported) product, I'm paying about 5,00 a bottle ($5.50). Probably you can get it (much) cheaper overseas.

9/5/2016 - Day 15
Weight : 183 (-13 from start and -.6 from last weigh-in)

Carrying on down. Did my depletion today because I couldn't yesterday. Feeling good and confident I can complete the full six weeks.

9/6/2016 - Day 15
Weight: 183.6 (-12.4 from start, +.6 from prev.)

Had 1/3 of my refeed 2 hours before the tension workout in order to refill some glycogen. Weight reflected this, so not too worried about the rise. Weight loss is starting to slow though, but I expected this now that my body has fully rid itself of water. Hoping to get close to 180 before the next refeed.

Finally decided to establish a final goal weight today. I plan to cut to ~165 lbs which should put me at roughly 8-9% body fat. I think this will be a good place to start a bulk phase from and it will be the leanest I've ever been by far.

Moving forward:

Finish off this RFL cycle on 9/25/16
2 week diet break ending on 10/9/2016
Start cat. 1 RFL ending on 10/23/2016
1 week diet break from 10/23/2016 (I turn 21 this week so...) to 10/30/2016
Start cat 1 RFL cycle 10/30/2016
Start Diet break 11/13/2016
Start Ultimate Diet 2.0 8 week cycle on 11/27/2016
Finish UD2 on 1/28/2016

At this point, being conservative, I should weigh in at 163 and 8% bodyfat.

This will be the longest cut I have ever done (Started in June of this year), but I believe it will be well worth the effort. Stay tuned!

Piced up some of the chocolate syrup, peanut spread, and thousand island dressing today. Gotta say... the chocolate syrup us downright delicious. Little iffy on the peanut spread though.

Yeah I wouldn't recommend anything from Walden Farms but the sucralose products. Most non-sweetening products are pretty nasty IMO (I didn't try them all though). I should have mentioned it before you ordered. Sorry about that.

It's not too bad on top of my bagels for my refeed days though at worst, I'm out $3 anyway. They sell a lot of Walden Farms products at the chain grocery stores here in the states.

9/7/2016 - Day 17
Weight: 183.6 lbs (-12.4 from start, -0.0 from previous)

Was expecting a rebound after the refeed yesterday, although I did limit it to 300g carbs. Weight was kind of stalled out before yesterday, so perhaps these next couple days before my next refeed will see me hit some new lows.

Tried out the thousand island walden farms dressing with some lean brisket I got from Costco today and by god, it is good. I could eat that for every meal! Too bad the brisket was $10/lb...

Depletion workout today sucked as they usually do. What are you gonna do?

Thanks for reading!

9/10/2016 - Day 20
Weight: 183 (-13 from start, - .6 from last

Performed my refeed yesterday but had to move the tension workout today. Haven't been able to weigh the past couple days, but I'd guess I'm around 181 depleted.
