5 hour refeed timing
I am embarrassed to ask, but the GtFD gives an option for Category 1 dieters to take a 5 hour structured refeed every 3-5 days. So for 3 days, does that mean 2 days dieting, before the 3rd day's 5 hour refeed? (Up to 4 days dieting, 5th day refeed?) Or 3 days dieting, 4th refeed?
hope that makes sense. I'm trying to put together a new plan based on cycling. I've been dieting (moderate deficit, no refeeds) about 2 months now and believe that I am in the low 20s bodyfat (female). I am thinking of taking a short diet break before starting a 4 week cycle that includes refeeds.
