Default Stupid question - Caffeine in tea...

I know this is a stupid question, but I thought I would ask it anyways...

When making tea (or any other brewed caffeine substance I assume), does water quantity have anything to do with the caffeine content?

For example, if I take an 8oz mug, put a teabag in it, fill it with hot water, and let it steep for 5 minutes, will it have less caffeine than if I take a 24oz teapot, put a teabag in it, fill it with hot water, and let that steep for 5 minutes?

I am speaking of the total amount of caffeine in the 8oz quantity of tea vs the 24oz quantity of should be the same, right?

I know the amount of caffeine in tea is so small it doesn't make any real difference, but this is something I have thinking about as a thought experiment and cannot seem to find an answer anywhere else.

I await your sarcastic responses...
