Default PSMF Refeed Question

So I'm 3 days into the diet and was wondering when I should have my first refeed day. I was thinking tomorrow since I'm training legs but would that be too soon into my diet?


I'm M, 187lb (as of this morning), 5'6 and about 16-17% bf.

I'd usually wait until day 5-6 but just refeed whenever you feel like you need it.

3 days is early and i would only do that if i was having trouble mentally with the diet. You certainly don't need a reefed physiological just 3 days in, I would try and hold it off a little longer, but if you feel you can't stick with the diet, reefed at maintenance or just slightly above 1-200 calories and get back onto the diet the next day. PSMF puts you in such a large deficit one day off isn't going to make much difference, just don't turn it into cheat day or start using re feeds as an excuses to take days off all the time.

Yea I just waited til Saturday to refeed thanks though
