I think the more advanced your muscularity the bigger risk of muscle loss given same deficit for someone less trained. Just looking at top level natural bodybuilders who take half a year to 40 wks (jeff Alberts, Alberto nunez, brian Whitacre etc) to get stage ready vs lower level naturals who compete in tested and reasonably certain drug free feds.
