Default Acarbose, good supplement to use while cutting?

Anyone here have any experience of using the diabetes medicine acarbose while cutting? Theoretically, sounds like a nice way to be able to enjoy some carbs while still cutting quite a bit.

Any opinions appreciated.

The mechanism is going to make it so that eating regular carbs is like eating sugar free gummy bears meaning you will have undigested carbohydrate passing through your small intestine. So I would think that like sugar free gummy bears the downside will be that you can't actually eat very much without unacceptable side effects.

The OTC drug I can't remember the name of that does the same think for fat is similar. It sounds great, but if you take it and eat a pizza you'll hate yourself.
