![]() Nope right now most diet consist around greens big salads, chicken, Greek Yorgurt, whey, sugar free jello (which is amazing for volume havr like 3-4 a day) and egg whites. So the calories are not there. So I guess maybe I'll start with refeeds once a week and hopefully increase calories slightly each week. Just doesn't make sense to me why my weight is increaseing on lower calories.

![]() It's almost like rapid fat loss but I do incorporate Greek Yorgurt and strawberries and berries once in awhile. My numbers today we're this (couldn't upload myfitnesspal picture)

![]() your either miscalculating something
not in a deficit or cortisol levels are very high and your holding water so have the refeeds once a week and see how you progress from there. |

![]() I was thinking about the water weight to I feel like I'm holding alot of water, just feel puffy like under my eyes kinda puffy lol idk how to explain it and my stomach . My skin and stuff just feels kinda puffy and stuff. No way miscalculation anything weight everything pretty dang close expect for salad stuff like romaine and spinach greens. I will try refeeds again once a week at the lower amount in guide to flexible dieting and go from there.

![]() i can't believe i've only just come across this article now.
i've been suffering with what i believe to be elevated cortisol levels for over a year now and my body has been constantly retaining water. I put this down to the fact that not only do i lift x3 a week, but i've been using walking as a tool to increase NEAT. sometimes i average 25-30k on average every day. I go from a week of looking normal to a week of looking like a whale. So glad i've read this. |
