That's why drugs shouldn't be touched by people like you.

Take the most dangerous substance in bodybuilding, if not dosed correctly, and take it in high doses for prolonged period of time. Very smart decision.

Pro-tip: Low dose DNP (200-250mg) + cardio > High dose DNP (500mg)

Now that you have bashed the poster, do you have any practical advice to help remedy his/her condition?

With PSMF and DNP I can accomplish 6 weeks worth of dieting as a category 1 in only 2 week. So I don't need DNP, but I don't want to diet without it.

Discontinuation of DNP will improve her condition quickly.

For what it's worth, there are two treatments for PN when it does occur:

1) Don't overuse DNP. Stay within the recommended parameters or better, dich it.
2) Supplement with an amino acid blend, but with special emphasis on N-acetyl-cysteine and L-carnitine. Feedback from users who have done this indicates that it pretty much knocks the PN issue right out.

I've heard different things about the body's ability to adapt to DNP.

Basically when you build up a tolerance it means that you can safely take more than before with low risk of problems. Just like alcohol.
This does not happen with DNP the LD50 (lethal dose at which 50% taking it die) is and will remain 1200mg. You do not develop a tolerance.

However, the body can adjust mitochondrial activity to produce more energy. So the effects of DNP can decrease with repeated use. Especially if you don't take long enough breaks between cycles.

Also, please don't forget rule #1 treat every order of DNP you get from your source as a new batch. What may have been under dosed crystal in your last bottle of pills could be correctly dosed powder in your new bottle.

The difference being that in your first cycle you may have to take 4 pills at "200" mg each to see any results because in reality you're only really getting about 400mg of actual DNP in your bloodstream. Next round you take 4 pills at 200mg powdered DNP a day, expecting them to be the same and end up in the hospital.

No matter how many times I've ordered from the same source I always test the new batch, 1 pill for 4 days then 2 for 4 days and so on until I know for sure where the potency is.

DNP rocks, I just finished a 3 week cycle and lost 13 pounds. But you have to respect this compound if your going to use it.

Actually, today I learned a more modern approach to DNP dosage. Lyle posted on FB, so I'm sharing it:

The old 3-5 mg/kg doses were just miserable.

100 mg/day gets a nice cumulative boost over a few days with almost no sides, no misery, no sweating when you sleep.

It contributes over the course of a diet and by the time you're getting a 300-400 cal incerased boost in metbaolic rate, that's another 3/4 ponud of fat per week with your diet.

So if thats on 100mg, would you really be looking at burning 700-800 on 200mg? Sides on 200mg are barely noticeable too.
