Thanks 3 weeks after diet break but it's getting harder. Honestly I'm ok being this lean, getting full and all the times would be probably another 6lbs don't think I'll make it. This is the current depleted in morning on tension day.

That's around 10%. We had this discussion in another thread, unless you have a vacation or contest where you need to be sub 10% and your body doesn't naturally set there, there's no reason to do it. You'll lose 6 weeks or more you could spend in a surplus to lose fat that will come back quickly and you'll feel like death most of the day.

I'd like to go down to 10%, I hope I wont lose too many muscles in the process, I'm reading the articles from main site... But losing 7-9% bf means several months i think :/

17-19% with top ab showing. That's pretty good.

If I was 17-19% I'd look like a blubbery mess.

I wouldn't bother going to 10%.
