Default Massage stubborn fat to increase blood flow?

If blood flow is one of the main culprits stopping you from losing that last bit of fat on your belly would massaging that area or pinching the fat with your fingers early in the morning after cardio on an empty stomache be a way to increase blood flow to that area and thus lose that fat faster?

That'd be awesome if it did work.

...Could probably convince some cultish people it does work and make some bogus money though.

years ago, I had this ab video by JOhn Abdo where he opined that he felt that squeezing and pinching the ab fat helped to mobilize it. Stupid.

Ah...the good old days. Remember these...maybe not. I'm old. My friends mother use to use of the these when I was a kid. Scared the hell outta me for some reason.

I had this same idea a few months ago but never posted about it because I figured I knew what Lyle would say.. I was right.

Another idea is to stand inside a centrifuge facing against the perimeter..then get someone to turn it on.. and off after a while. Or cut yourself.

There were at one time (probably still out there somewhere) places that advertised this sort of massage to assist fat loss. I even saw it on a fat loss program about 8 years back...always thought it was silly.

there was a thing you wrapped around your stomach and it vibrated and when you took it off you had a six pack.

Now they just need to come out with a full body vibrating suit so i can vibrate myself to leaness
