I'm not talking about workouts.

I'm talking about interval/aerobic workouts.

I was able to lift easily on high dose DNP
Anything more than walking had me winded adn sweating.

Sure, at lower doses maybe.

Just so i am clear, when everyone refers to 'stubborn' body fat, are they basing it on contest lean conditioning? The context i'm using it in i'm referring it to 9-12%

Men will start to run into stubbornish fat areas in the 10-12% range, women 17-19%.

has any one tried a refeed on DNP.. Not just any refeed but an U.D 2.0 refeed. I'm running 600mg ED, and this morning JUST wow.. i felt like the worst ive ever felt in my life. Did not want to go to work, nearly cancelled. i've run dnp in the past and never felt that bad.. so i thought why not see what a mega refeed does. Baring in mind my maintenance is like 2700, and im on 600mg, i aimed for like 900 carbs, 40 fat and like 200 protein. Roughly 4500-5000 cals. Do you guys think this is pointless. The funny thing is, with the amount im on i'm probably still at a deficit at the end of the day.

Have an ice bath ready and turn the thermostat down, you're going to be extremely miserably hot with an UD2 carb up. How long have you been on 600 mg? I ran about that much prior to my show in July, the last couple of weeks were pure misery of feeling bad and crazy cravings for carbs and fatty stuff I rarely get otherwise.

Lol thanks for the advice man.. my fan in my room is on at full blast at the minute! main point of me asking though is if those refeeds actually work on that sort of dosage. i expect to wake up feeling bloated and fat for the most part.. but a part of me thinks i'll wake up fuller. im torn

I did some smaller 5 hour refeeds just for sanity and maybe potential benefit and would wake up with some slight bloat, but nothing that wasn't gone the next day.

Go read the steroid boards to find out about experiences on the old inferno cycles like that. With DNP lower doses are truly better.

Default Carb load

Im curious about carb intake prior to a load once you've stopped your DNP. I finished a 14day DNP run a few days ago. Im planning on carbing up in the next few days. I was eating 0-1000k under maintenance during the run and my carb intake varied each day.
Since finishing DNP I've kept my carbs under 100g for the sake of possibly compromising a solid carbload. During the days leading up to a load, how high do you guys think I could go without refilling too much glycogen? I was running a fairly high dose so that would be a mitigating factor on how long it takes to clear my system. Thoughts?
